Compliance Director

Kara Bremner began working with PhillyLiving Management Group back when it was known as Property Management Group in 2013. As the Compliance Director, her role is to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the team. Kara assists ownership with resolving tax issues through the Department of Revenue, she manages the process to obtain and renew rental licenses, and prepares owner statements. She also processes and reconciles invoices and security deposits and manages utilities for owners. 

Kara holds a degree in Communication from the University of Akron. She is married with two children and enjoys hiking, spending time with family, and is always up for new adventures.
